As a CTV News reporter, Rob has enjoyed some great experiences live on the air….. learning to be a bomb demolition expert, curling with Glen Howard, and trying to set a world record while singing “YMCA”. Rob joined our team in 2000 as a reporter and continues to cover many major news stories. Rob has been in the broadcast industry since he was 16 and has worked in more than eight stations covering news, sports and special features. Rob spent the better part of a decade in British Columbia after completing a broadcast journalism program at Fanshawe College in London. Originally from Toronto, Rob now calls Innisfil home and has fallen in love with the area. Rob’s best fan encounter was meeting his wife Judy!

Fanshawe College – Broadcast Journalism Diploma.

Awards:

Reporter of the year at Fanshawe.
National Legion Award 1997 for special sports series On the Canadian Nation Legion Track and Field Championship’s.

Interests:

Rob has a wide variety of interests….tennis, baseball, poker and spending time with his family.
