KC Colby grew up in Toronto and held a stunning array of jobs before settling on journalism: pizza maker, truck driver, vacuum cleaner salesman, bellman, fruit delivery man, waiter. KC graduated from Humber College School of Journalism and came to Barrie in 2002. KC quickly became know for his quirky stories, his sense of humour and his willingness to try almost anything on air. One of his favourite stories was acting as an Elvis Tribute Artist for a day. KC has also spent a lot of time in the garden doing our weather forecasts, something he continues to do along with his reporting duties on CTV News. KC is married and has two little daughters.
